If you're someone who constantly puts others first, struggles to say no, or feels anxious trying to keep everything “just right,” you're not alone, and you don't have to keep doing this alone. Many of the women I work with are the glue in their families: wives, mothers, daughters, caregivers, and professionals who carry an invisible weight. They've taken care of everyone else while neglecting themselves. They’ve maybe tried traditional talk therapy, found some insight, but didn’t experience the deeper change they were hoping for. That’s where our work begins.
