My passion areas are helping couples break patterns and communicate more effectively, and supporting individuals in healing childhood trauma, unhelpful relationship patterns, or adjusting to parenthood. If you feel stuck and need accountability, a loving challenge, and support from an experienced therapist, I am here to help. My style is direct, with honest feedback and accountability to move you forward. I am also psychodynamically trained to help you understand how the past informs the present and show you patterns in your life that may have been present with you for many years, but that aren't necessarily serving you.
