I approach much of my therapy from a grief perspective, assisting clients in healing from loss—whether related to the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, the losses that accompany addiction, or the loss of the life one expected due to illness or serious injury. I have a special interest in working with trauma survivors and strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can process traumatic experiences. I incorporate de-escalation and calming tools to help clients feel grounded, allowing treatment to move at a pace and in a manner specifically designed to meet each individual’s unique needs.
