As a healthcare provider with 14 years of experience, my current focus is trauma recovery with adults. The clients I work with are often experiencing issues such as anxiety, hypervigilance, perfectionism, difficulty sleeping, intrusive memories, emotional numbness, low self-esteem, and shame, among others, and are looking to make sense of it all and, ultimately, to find relief. As a trauma-informed clinician and also someone with a history of lived trauma experience, I approach this work with deep understanding, care, and respect.
