I support neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults, including those with ADHD, autism, and learning differences, as well as folks working through anxiety, depression, substance use, and also LGBTQ+ community. My style is warm, real, and totally judgment-free. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up just as you are. Together, we’ll build practical tools using CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also making space for reflection, self-acceptance, and a little laughter. I offer teletherapy in California and Oregon.
