Hello! I am a compassionate, empathetic, and empowering mental health therapist. I am the owner of Jade & Sage Holistic Therapy, LLC in the Fort Myers area and am strongly passionate in supporting individuals who experience distressful images, emotions, body sensations, symptoms, and/or thoughts. All humans have been conditioned by their childhood and often result in present day unwanted behaviors, patterns, and other challenges that create road blocks to accomplishing daily tasks, future goals, and a feeling of overall wellness. View 9 Photos With a Holistic and trauma-informed approach and a specialization in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, I provide an alternative method to traditional therapy where clients overcome issue(s) by using bilateral eye-movements to eliminate "stuck" images, sensations, and symptoms.
