If you’re anything like me and the humans I’ve worked with, you’re probably used to inner chaos. Feeling all the feelings and having no idea what to do with them all. You’ve probably been told (or tell yourself) that you’re “too emotional” or “too sensitive.” Maybe you’ve internalized a mean inner critic, didn’t always get the support you needed, people pleased until the point of burn out, or felt chronically misunderstood.
