I believe that we are resilient and as we heal from emotional wounds, we allow our true selves to emerge and flourish. I love my work, value my clients and know that therapy eases suffering and promotes personal growth and change. I have experience working in mental health and addiction fields as well as in medical and hospice settings. I've had the opportunity to work with women, men, adolescents and older adults coping with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, caregiver strain and other life transitions.
