Dr. Lindsey Fite is an occupational therapist devoted to providing holistic, individualized, strengths-based care for the mental health community. She has special interest in early intervention for mental health, and is experienced in working with youth and trauma, addiction, and early mental health conditions that affect participation in meaningful experiences and healthy developmental opportunities. She works with people of all ages experiencing severe mental illness, addiction, brain injury, trauma, grief and loss, death and dying, sensory challenges, anxiety/depression, neurocognitive challenges and life with chronic conditions.
