I offer Christian counseling, weaving faith into the healing process in a way that honors your personal beliefs and values. Whether through skills-based strategies, compassionate listening, or faith-centered guidance, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you may regain a sense of stability, and move toward the life you envision for yourself. Together, we’ll work to help you more effectively cope with whatever challenges you may face. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS), with specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My passion is helping people as they navigate challenging events or symptoms.
