Life has its ups and downs, and sometimes it helps to talk things through with someone outside your usual circle. I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can share what’s been weighing on you. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach, and I don’t follow any specific method too rigidly. My style is pretty relaxed, and I let the client set the pace.
