My approach is compassionate, practical and collaborative. I often incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) because it equips people with concrete skills they can use in their daily lives to regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and improve relationships. While I value understanding each client's history and experiences, my work is largely focused on the present moment and helping individuals build tools to calm the mind and body, navigate challenges more effectively, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.
