Jungian analysis is a rich and different psychological process. Rather than trying to fix our flaws or make ourselves “better,” we engage with those uncomfortable, unknown, and sometimes ugly parts of our psyches, knowing these are the places where we find soul. Through working with dreams and other imaginal material, we find ourselves moving toward an inner integration. Every psyche is different, and I love getting to know the worlds within my patients. Each person’s dream-maker has a genius, communicating what is needed in a profoundly personal way, making every analysis as different as the dreamers themselves.
