I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing trauma-informed therapy to adult populations. I use a client-centered approach that is tailored and individualized focusing on strengths and resiliency. My areas of specialization include PTSD, fertility issues, pregnancy/postpartum, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, stress management, and major life transitions. I am trained in EMDR, certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International, and am a Certified Grief Educator working with David Kessler, who is a leading expert on grief and loss.
