No individual is the same and therefore, I believe, no recovery journey is identical. I work to create an environment where my clients feel heard and supported as they explore their relationship with substances. I like to approach sessions as a team and empower my clients to make more effective decisions that align with their personal goals and values. Additionally, I provide support to families and loved ones affected by substance use through psychoeducation, improving communication, establishing healthy boundaries, and connecting them with additional resources as needed.
