Certifications include: ADHD-CCSP: ADHD Clinical Services Provider C-DBT: Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Professional CSTIP:Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional. Advanced trainings: EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, IFS: Internal Family Systems and Boundaries, Maternal Issues. I provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals of most ages (15yrs and up), with a focus on emerging adults and the neurodivergent. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you explore your unique challenges and work towards your goals. I am a LBGTQI+ ally and have experience working within this community.
