I work primarily with children who are experiencing difficulties in school, social settings and family life. Much of the training I have received has been in working with those with neuro-diversity in which I use models of self-advocacy, self-expression, and self-esteem in order to obtain growth toward client-based goals. Goals often include but are not limited to increasing awareness of emotional sensations, building coping skills, lowering symptoms of anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns and increasing relationship skills.
