I like to focus on not only the symptoms but also the root causes of concerns to help you improve your functioning and work towards complete healing. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a Registered Art Therapist, and a Certified ADHD Professional. I have over 10 years of experience with a variety of issues and concerns, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, family conflicts, trauma, adolescent and adult ADHD, and adjustment issues.
