Do you reside in Illinois, North Carolina, or South Carolina? If so - I can be the therapist for you! Starting therapy can be scary, for either yourself or your child, so I try to make the process as easy (and scare-less) as possible! We can work on things such as figuring out how to be less anxious when you have an upcoming test, or even helping you process all the emotions (especially the really uncomfortable ones that loved ones won't talk about) that come with a cancer diagnosis. From anxiety, to major depressive disorder, to general stress, we can discuss and work towards the goals you want to accomplish in therapy! I use multiple methods of therapeutic approaches with my clients, as everyone’s journey in therapy is unique and meaningful. While building an open and honest relationship, we will discover effective coping skills and new ways to look at the issues that effect you without judgement.
