I offer free brief initial consultations as I believe that finding a good fit with a clinician is the key to a successful therapeutic relationship. Some tools I use are honesty, humor, compassion, consistency, & positivity. I often say that I can find the silver lining in any situation; I work to share this gift with people. The world is ever-changing and lately it seems to be changing so quickly that we can hardly keep up.
