Together we can work to identify the thoughts or habits that serve as obstacles to your productivity or happiness. I have extensive experience working with survivors of abuse (sexual/physical/emotional/ financial) and individuals in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. I work with couples to address the underlying issues that may contribute to their discontent. I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to help improve your emotional well-being.
