Your story matters! I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Life is too short to let negative thoughts, anxiety and past experiences affect who you are today. You are not alone and I'm hopeful that together we can free you of any emotional pain, develop skills to appreciate your self worth and build healthy relationships to find meaning and purpose in life. You matter to me! Since everyone's story is unique, we will utilize different therapeutic approaches that work best for you. Some common approaches to be considered are CBT, mindfulness, strength based and empowerment. Hi, I'm Lindsey. I've dedicated over 15 years to working with various age groups and populations in the mental health field. Working in this field is a passion of mine.
