I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds exploring areas in life where there is pain, brokenness, relational distress, unwanted patterns or simply a desire to understand oneself and one's relationships more deeply. I believe in the power of journeying with each client and provide individualized counseling services to those dealing with mood disorders, grief/loss, relationship issues, life transitions and trauma. I work with a variety of mental/emotional health issues such as depression, anxiety, family and relationship concerns, grief and loss, multicultural/racial issues, identity development and spirituality concerns. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Grief/Loss, and Somatic & Trauma-focused care. I am also trained in Technology Assisted Counseling.
