Hi! I’m Lindsey Matthews come on in! I work with individuals and couples to establish and maintain the person/people that you want to be! By creating goals and coping skills, we can work together to help manage depression, anxiety, grief, communication and trauma. I work with couples, individuals and teenagers (12 and up) in matters of anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and communication. ​Life can be overwhelming, and we know that therapy can provide people a safe and rewarding environment to develop their own personal skills to meet life’s challenges.
