Together, we’ll work toward uncovering your strengths, understanding your patterns, and creating meaningful change that aligns with who you truly are. My approach to therapy is grounded in a systemic perspective - recognizing that we are all deeply influenced by the relationships and environments around us. I integrate somatic experiences, mindfulness, narrative, and relational approaches to help clients build awareness of their inner world and how it interacts with others. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating life’s challenges and seeking a deeper sense of connection, purpose, and authenticity.
