My name is Lindsey McLaughlin and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My approach utilizes a mix of modalities, with a focus on identifying distressing patterns to provide support and collaboration on helpful interventions. My goal is to foster self-compassion, curiosity, and understanding, in order to make meaningful and lasting change. The environment of my sessions is supportive, compassionate, and relational. I believe our relationship and trust with one another is one of the most important aspects of therapy. I also stive to have sessions feel productive and goal oriented.
