Accepting new clients - Hi there! I'm Lindsey. My therapeutic approach is to show up through an attachment-based, relational lens, where what matters most is genuine, authentic connection. Our stories contain both what happens to us that is outside of our control and how we respond to these experiences that is within our control. As your therapist, my hope is to empower you to choose how you respond and become the author of your own story. It's important to me to provide you with the support, guidance, and resources you need to pick up the pen and decide where you're going next.
