Dr. Myers (she/her) provides care for adolescents adults at all stages of life. She has a particular interest in supporting people facing mood instability, anxiety, early attachment challenges, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, and those seeking to explore and strengthen their sense of personal identity. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, with a strong emphasis building a safe and supportive relationship. Her aim is to help clients build healthier boundaries, strengthen their relationships with themselves and others, and make choices that support healing, growth, and a greater sense of fulfillment.
