I work with adults who are looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves, reconnect with what matters most, and move toward meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership—where you feel heard, understood, and supported rather than judged or “fixed.” I place a strong emphasis on personal values, authenticity, and self-acceptance. Together, we can explore what truly matters to you and how to live in greater alignment with those values, even in the face of difficulty.
