Hey! I'm Lindsey Odina a licensed clinical social worker who has a love for supporting individuals as they navigate through challenges when life starts life (ing). My approach is person-centered. I focus on building a collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients in an effort to reinforce self-empowerment and identify personal strengths. I also utilize a solution-focused approach to assist individuals with finding their own solutions to various life stressors.
