I value the human experience and believe that 'normal' is just a setting on the washing machine. I particularly love working with people who have received diagnoses, or have suspected some type of neurodivergence. Differences are not deficits, and I enjoy working with people who wish to learn to accommodate their own needs and find strength in their differences. I believe that trauma and distress associated with neurodivergence are valid and should be navigated in their own way. My main therapeutic goals are to meet people where they are, help them feel comfortable in their skin, and assist them to identify their own personal goals.
