My approach in therapy is a combination of cognitive behavioral and person centered. I believe that a strong, trusting relationship and an unbiased and non-judgmental environment are key to successful outcomes. I have spent my career working with adolescents and adults on addressing depression, self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, aging and retirement and other life stressors.
