My role as a therapist is to help my clients peel back the layers of what is occurring in their life and help them work towards achieving their goals. Counseling helps us understand more effective ways to communicate, how to relate to the world around us, and how to give life a sense of meaning. It helps us identify areas that may be holding us back from our best self. I would like to learn more about how we can work through life's challenges together.
