My work specializes in individual and couples therapy for those experiencing conflict in their relationship. I anticipate sessions with clients speaking from a position of "rightness" early in therapy with a smooth transition to deepened listening while recognizing personal missteps and growth considerations. As a client, you will be expected to be the main character in your narrative and over time place less change demands on the supportive roles in your life. You will speak with purpose and listen with the intention of learning to step into the next chapter of your relationship with yourself and your partner.
