I want to help you understand you, your identity, what influences you, your values, what motivates you and what drags you down. We'll look at how you navigate the world currently. And then let's figure out what changes would help you. Not what changes you THINK you need to make, but the ones that are actually going to support you. This work is hard, and you can do it.
