Schedule now through the website link in my bio! Lindsey completed her BA in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). During her undergrad she competed for the NCAA swim team, was co-president of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and coached a local competitive club swimming team. She continued her education at Colorado Christian University where she received a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has a variety of experience working with all ages from young children to adults. She specializes in life transitions, fear, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and grief and loss. She utilizes a strengths-based approach to counseling along with a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques. These include CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Christian Counseling (upon request), and Mindfulness therapy.
