My approach is client-centered, meaning I prioritize creating a safe, empathetic space for each person I work with. I believe that healing happens when we feel heard, understood, and supported, and I tailor my work to meet the unique needs of every individual. I also embrace the power of humor as a coping skill – sometimes, a little laughter can go a long way in the healing process. I work with clients struggling with life adjustments, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), with a passion for helping clients overcome trauma and emotional challenges.
