Hi! My name is Lindsey Wehn, and I am an LMFT located in Northern California. I am practicing via telehealth throughout California. My approach to therapy is to align with you where you are at in this moment and help guide you to the place that you want to be. I have experience working with adults, children, and families who have experienced trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life changes. I use various methods to help you reach your goals, depending on who you are and what works for you. Some of my favorites are CBT, Mindfulness-based approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
