I firmly believe that we were not made to experience life alone. Stepping into spaces where we feel safe, heard and supported facilitates an environment for growth. My strengths and personal experiences with counseling ignited a passion to support others as they move forward in their journey. I emphasize an environment in which individuals feel safe to step into self-exploration and empowered to utilize their personal wisdom as they take steps toward their best self. My biggest hope for clients is that they will realize they are worthy of unconditional positive regard and the work it takes to move toward their best self.
