I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety and stress-related disorders; I have a particular interest in serving survivors of childhood abuse/neglect and sexual violence. My approach is down to earth, practical, empathetic, and supportive. I love to laugh and am unafraid to go deeply into the difficult parts of your life with you. I am inquisitive, encouraging, thoughtful, and grounded. Together we can explore the links between past and present to uncover and release the painful patterns and old memories that keep you stuck.
