Hello! I'm Lindsey Young and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I use an eclectic approach when it comes to therapy, but I believe that the relationship is the strongest change agent. Every person is a unique individual with their own needs. I work to find what approach works best for each client. I utilize an eclectic approach, depending on the needs of the client. I primarily use a psychodynamic approach with a focus on trauma and attachment, however, I also incorporate CBT into the work when appropriate.
