I have found myself to have an affinity for working with adults, the geriatric population, and individuals navigating challenging transitions in life, assisting clients to cope with social, emotional, crisis, relationship struggles, grief and trauma. Change and even progress often present emotional, relationship, behavioral and other seemingly insurmountable obstacles. My desire is to assist/walk with you to gain insight, develop goals, and increase problem solving and coping skills.
