A therapist who shares your lived experience. I care deeply about this work because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel different, to navigate the unfamiliar, and to carry the pain of being othered. These experiences shaped my understanding of resilience and allow me to support clients with empathy and authenticity. I’m passionate about working with diverse populations and specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and relationship challenges. I also have experience with pre-marital counseling, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem, and women’s issues.
