I offer a range of clinical therapy services aimed at fostering emotional well-being and personal growth. I work collaboratively with clients to explore and address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, and self-esteem. My career has been spent with adolescents and adults who have battled addiction, been involved with the criminal justice system, struggled with marital issues, and struggled with sexual and gender identity. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. I am trained in EMDR to help clients process their traumas and numerous marriage therapy techniques to help couples find intimacy.
