Therapy is a space where we are invited to be present with all of ourselves, including the parts we don’t want to see. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is where the power of healing lies. I show up with warmth, humor, authenticity, and acceptance. Together we will create an environment where it feels safe to put words to what had previously seemed impossible to say out loud, and where we can be deeply curious about your experience. I believe that most present-day mental suffering stems from unconscious patterns that were developed in childhood. Together we will explore how these patterns came to be, how they were serving you at the time, and what other patterns are available to you now.
