My life purpose is to help individuals, couples and families overcome the challenges they face in life. I strive to assist with empowering clients to effectively manage anxiety, depression, bi-polar, post-traumatic stress and, attention deficit disorders. I possess the ability to teach skills building in the areas of anger management, communication, conflict resolution, stress management as well as referrals from employee assistance programs (EAP). My focus is to provide an environment that is non-judgmental, trusting and safe for all those who share life’s journey with me in this counseling experience.
