As a therapist, I believe in meeting clients where they are and assisting them in shaping the direction of their future. By examining their past experiences and interactions we can assess together what patterns may be in place and work to disrupt the negative ones while building upon the positive patterns in order to influence the future. My experience includes working with clients struggling with many present-day issues including Depression, Anxiety, stress, trauma, family challenges and hard life transitions. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages including older children (8+), teens, and adults.
