I have a passion for helping teenagers and adults who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD;) as well as families whom have been affected by substance use. I will help guide you to your best self and how I will accomplish that will be different everyone because you are one of a kind. My office is a safe, judgement-free zone where we will journey through a range of emotions together so expect to laugh too! I meet clients where they are by providing direct, yet collaborative services to help you identify areas of strength and growth. I will help you identify and challenge thoughts and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you to help you improve your relationships and lead a happier, more fulfilling life.
