I'm a decolonial therapist primarily serving POC, immigrant/diaspora communities, and kink/poly/queer/LGBTQIA+ populations with challenges like suicidality and complex PTSD. As a 2nd-gen South Asian clinician, I understand that pain and suffering often stem from relational disruptions and systemic factors, such as attachment issues, economic instability, identity formation, immigration status, racism, bigotry, and intergenerational trauma. I also have over seven years of experience working in community mental health, helping people through crisis situations and supporting those struggling with thoughts of suicide. My approach to talk therapy is spacious, intuitive, and expansive yet aligned in the present, inviting moments of levity and humor. Every session builds upon the next, weaving in intrapsychic parts work, somatic explorations, and EMDR interventions.
