About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, serving those in the DMV area. I obtained my Baccalaureate degree in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University with a minor in psychology. I then immediately completed my Master's degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. I adapted my skills and experience, associated with social work, in various agencies including Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center, Sentara Norfolk General, Talk Family of VA LLC, Children's Hospital of King's Daughters, and Inova Fairfax Pediatric Hospital. I am currently employed full-time as a school social worker. My training includes extensive work with children, as young as Kindergarten, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe parent consultations are essential as they are partners in the healing of their children.
